LiveChat pricing has recently received a modification. Now, newly created LiveChat accounts are being charged in the per-agent model. This means, one has to pay for every agent account created, regardless of whether the agent is logged in or not.

Be sure, we won’t charge you additionally for accounts you already purchased or plan to purchase for your clients as a Solution Partner. All currently existing licenses and all new accounts created via the Solution Partner Program, remain on the pay-per-seat pricing model. Also, there’s no timetable for switching to the pay-per-account pricing in this program.

The new pay-per-agent pricing refers to regular accounts and those created with the Affiliate Program. And we expect it to help you generate even higher profits!
