You can go back to the intro screen

In the “help” screen, there’s now an “intro” button that you can click to go back to the intro you got when you downloaded the app.

Thoughts now have emoji tags

When you’re reviewing your thoughts, you’ll see the emojis of the cognitive distortions underneath the buttons. This should help you better identify which types of distortions are recurring.
